Pairs of physicists from Germany and other European countries
The Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Stiftung in association with the Deutsches Museum in Munich is kindly offering travel grants for pairs of young physicists, comprising of one scientist from Germany and one from a European country, under the age of 33. Main prerequisite is a previous or current scientific collaboration between the two scientists.

They must include each applicant's cv, an overview of the scientific project the applicants are/have been working on as well as proof in form of a common publication (or a similar document). The amount is set at €1000 per pair and is intended for travel and accommodation costs. The Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Stiftung is offering 20 such grants for a total of 40 physicists. It is solely responsible for evaluating the applications and will announce the results no later than May 31st, 2006.
